Vacant/Occupied Home Stage

Living at home and unable to relocate furniture? Our Occupied Redesign is the perfect option. 

Two stagers come to the home and redesign each room as needed. Depending on the seller's comfort level, the stagers declutter, rearrange furniture and accessories, hang artwork, and ultimately provide suggestions to create the best possible photos to showcase the home.

This typically takes two hours, potentially longer depending on the size of the home.

We have a three room minimum for a Vacant or Occupied Home Stage.

First, we preview the property. Next, we provide a contract. Once we receive a signed contract, we begin to hand-select the furniture and decor that best highlights the property's features and fits the location of the property. Then, we carefully install the inventory and clean it within two-three hours.

If the property is occupied, we may be able to use some of the existing furniture, which is determined at the property preview and is also a price reduction.
